EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is an End-User License Agreement (EULA) ("License") between author ("Licensor") and you ("User"). Author licenses the Nice Lister ("Software") only if all the following terms are accepted by the User. The Software includes byte code executable and any files and documents associated with it.

Installation, as well as usage the Software confirmed that you agree with this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install or use the Software. You mustn't install or use this Software.
1. License conditions
The User is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install copy of the Software and use it as an application for any purpose, including commercial. Freeware. You may use the Software without charge. The User may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software. User may not modify, adapt, create derivative works from the Software or merge the Software with other software. No distribution is to be made of the Software by the Licensee. The User may make one copy of the Software for backup purpose only.

Licensor reserves the right at any time, without liability or prior notice, to change the features or characteristics of the Software, this Agreement, or the Software's documentation and related materials.

2. No warranty
The Software is licensed to the User on an "AS IS" basis. You accept that this Software may contain bugs, and so, that you must make backup for your files by yourself. The User is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the Software and accepts full responsibility and risks associated with the use of the Software. Licensor is not required to provide maintenance or support to the User.

3. Copyrights
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by its author. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the third-party software products or components in this installation distribution file(s) are owned by their right holders.
